HVAC & Home Services Field Sales Coach

Position:


We are looking for a results-driven Success Coach/Senior Success Coach who can assist our valued contractor partners in implementing the Premier Program within their businesses. After a contractor enrolls in the Premier Program, our Success Coaches work collaboratively with each contractor to drive success of the program and manage the ongoing account relationship. We expect this individual to either work from HQ in Bethesda, MD or work remotely, and travel as needed. We are currently looking to fill roles in multiple geographies, including but not limited to, the Midwest, Northeast, and Western parts of the United States.


Responsibilities Include:

Communicate with enrolled contractors re: Service 1st’s proprietary approach to driving success with Home Comfort-as-a-Service

In collaboration with contractor leadership, execute on key elements of the firm’s proprietary approach in advance of onsite training

Lead and/or participate in onsite trainings re: the Premier Program, including doing ride alongs with sales personnel and service techs

Lead periodic training sessions (both live and virtually) with sales personnel to drive consistent use of the Premier Program

Manage customer records in HubSpot. Record contacts, meetings, and key development in the lifecycle of an account

Manage existing customers, maintain relationships with key personnel, solve their problems, and deliver an exceptional contractor experience with the highest levels of trust and integrity


Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in the home services contracting industry is required

Experience selling/training a leasing model in the home services space is preferred

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and a self-starter attitude

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment while demonstrating creativity and an ability to think outside the box

Proven customer problem solving skills

Intellectual curiosity and the ability and willingness to be coached

Highest levels of integrity, an unwavering commitment to the team, and a willingness to go the extra mile

Willingness to engage in significant travel to contractor locations

Compensation: 

Compensation commensurate with experience but will include a base salary and commissions.

Customer Service Representative


Position:


Our growing consumer finance business is looking for a skilled problem solver to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can listen to customer service and contractor partner issues and then offer a unique and innovative solution to each problem. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the company’s customer service policies and be well-trained in product knowledge that can be critical for offering quick and accurate assistance to customers and contractors. Our customer service representative will act as a liaison, provide product/services information, resolve issues, answer questions and assist customers and contractors as necessary.


We are looking for someone genuinely excited to help customers and contractors. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. Customer Service Representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Problem-solving also comes naturally to Service Representatives. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.


Responsibilities Include:


Answer incoming phone calls from existing and prospective customers and contractors

Maintain good customer relations and meet Service 1st customer service standards

Manage customer accounts in our CRM system

Handle and resolve customer questions, concerns and issues - investigate and resolve issues and troubleshoot

Respond to customer and contractor inquires and maintain high customer satisfaction

Maintain a high level of professionalism

Assist with other day to day responsibilities as directed by the Leadership team

Filing paperwork, scanning documents, data entry



Qualifications:


High school diploma/GED required (Associate degree in a business-related field preferred),

Minimum 3 years of relevant customer service experience with inbound call handling.

Prior experience working with multi-unit, service-based operations preferred

Ability to navigate support center operations software and systems

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude coupled with strong organizational skills

Effective communicator with various levels of management

Ability to be flexible in a rapidly changing work environment

Ability to work independently and in a team – self starter

Highest levels of integrity, an unwavering commitment to the team and a willingness to go the extra mile

Experience in HubSpot or Salesforce preferred

Prior experience in consumer finance preferred

We need an enthusiastic, detail oriented, individual with strong communication skills. The successful candidate will assist management and team members by handling administrative details, clerical and other tasks, data entry, creating reports and memos, scheduling meetings, taking meeting notes, providing polite and professional assistance via phone and email, and generally being helpful and a positive presence in the workplace.


Responsibilities Include:


Handling office tasks, such as filing, data entry, schedule meetings, and take meeting notes.

Generating reports, drafting memos and creating powerpoint presentations

Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, email, mail, and in person.

Easy to grasp new software applications for managing tasks and projects

Qualifications:
